Can anyone ride an E-Bike?
Anyone 16 years of age who can ride a bicycle can ride an E-Bike.
How fast can an E-Bike travel?
Transport Canada has regulated that E-Bikes must not exceed 32km per hour. All of our bikes are set to conform to this regulation.
How far can an E-Bike travel?
All of our E-Bikes can travel 50 km on a single charge. Some can travel as much as 120km. Contact the dealer nearest you for more info.
What kind of batteries do E-Bikes use?
E-Bikes are powered by sealed lead acid batteries or sealed lithium ion batteries depending on the bike.
How much does it cost to charge the battery?
On average a full charge costs as little as 8 cents.
Can I ride an E-Bike anywhere?
E-Bikes are allowed anywhere a bicycle is allowed, bike paths parks and roadways with the exception of major highways and expressways.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Yes, all riders are required to wear a regulation bicycle helmet. Did I mention we sell helmets?
How much does a E-Bike cost?
E-Bikes prices range from about $500 to $2000 depending of the model. Contact the dealer nearest you for more info.
